Meat Smokin' Workshop

Learn how to build an Ugly Drum Smoker and how to prepare and smoke chicken.

Enjoy dinner, drink, fellowship and a talk from guest speaker Chris Cipollone.

Main event: 5-8pm - Smoking workshop, talk and dinner ($25 for food/drinks)
Optional extra: 4-5pm - Make your own smoker to keep (+$100 per individual/team)
